Rookie of the Year Award
Recognizing New Scouts
Established in 1998 the Rookie of the Year awards celebrates new scouts who attend Summer Camp for the first time, who have demonstrated outstanding attitude, participation and cheerfulness. The recipient is selected by the adults that reside in camp for the week.
