Weekly Meetings & Monthly Camping Trips
With a few exceptions the troop meets on Mondays at 7:30 PM at the United Methodist Church located at 129 S High St, West Chester, PA 19382
At meetings the scouts work on advancements, plan for upcoming camping trips, discuss our annual fundraiser or focus on specific subjects of interest.
The troop goes on an outing almost every month. We typically leave on a Friday evening at 7:00 PM via the Troop Bus and return on Sunday at noon. These trips normally involve camping as well as activities that the scouts choose at the end of the previous year. In the past these activities have included whitewater rafting, kayaking, skiing, axe throwing, hiking, biking and inter-patrol games. We try not to repeat the same outings every year to offer a wide range of activities. Check out the Calendar for more information.
We also have an annual trip for a week of camp at Horseshoe Scout Reservation at the end of July.
If you or your scout is interested in joining Troop 14, please stop by during any meeting on a Monday night and see what the troop is all about. If you already visited and are ready to join, simply fill out an application by clicking the button below.
